Rate Plans

We know that students have various preferences when it comes to their schedules. So, the Reach Washburn Student Center offers rate plans based on the most common needs of college students.

Year Lease ($400 per month): If you wish to stay for the entire year this is the one for you.

School Year Lease ($450 per month): If you only wish to stay until your summer break and then go home, this is the rate plan for you. Whether you move in at the beginning of the school year or mid-semester this lease keeps the same end date on the calendar.

Month-to-Month ($500 per month): If you are just needing a temporary place and are unsure about longer commitments, then move in on a month-to-month plan. If you later decide to make your stay more permanent then you are more than welcome to transition to another rate plan.
